Financial Mail Tuesday: The yo-yo opinion gauge of prospects for oil companies in the Falklands worked in Desire Petroleum's favour today. Chairman Colin Phillips claims Amerada Hess's oil and gas find now makes the region a low-risk area. Desire shares shot up 32.5p to 322.5p.
