Producing true clarity might be a somewhat overly optimistic statement, but it does appear to eliminate the sale of Alamo as an option and as I stated earlier, that would (IMO) create a better entity to use as leverage, if the financing option is pursued. One thing to keep in mind, regarding the exercising of the warrants, is that depending on who is holding them, they may be "in the loop" enough to exercise them anyway. They would potentially do so in order to ensure the completion of the Skytop deal. I am not imparting any insider info, I don't know for sure that this is happening, but I do know that there was a small number of people involved in that placement and that at least some of them were "connected", in general terms.
