JMHO...I was convinced to take ownership of my certificates once... NEVER AGAIN. During the "cutting of the red tape" the price bounced all over the place and by the time I received them I missed an opportunity to trade and make $$ instead of losing. The theory was if enough of us took ownership we would curtail the "shorting" taking place.

I will soon be in possession of stock certificates on another investment HOWEVER the difference is this is "founders stock" which is highly restrictive...that's another story.

I wouldn't recommend it...it's like taking possession of a gold bar, too cumbersome and not necessary.
