Milk, my error. Just goes to show that they have to many unclear issues boiling out there. I was getting the 2 mixed up. Thinking back we didn't find out about the 1,000,000 Reg S until sometime in May and the shares will be diluted in June. That's why I got them confused. My fault. However, does raise a question...Is the $500,000 in escrow?
