Listen up people..this is significant news..Many of you doubted the company's claims on shares O/S. Well, IMHO, the recent filing indicates the estimates are indeed correct, 37MM. Under the new rules, warrants, options, convertibles etc all have to be included in the EPS calculations. I seriously doubt the company would tell Artie Levitt's boys and girls that 37MM were out if it ain't so. Thus, this indicates to this poster that there is a substantial short position. I say this not to hype the classic squeeze but rather to point out that there are true 37 MM out there and not 60,90 MM or more. I view this as validation of ICC's numbers. TG definitely staying long
