Well I guess they're finally going to do it. Trading halted at 4:04pm 6/2/98. No news out yet, but it could only mean one thing. Looks like they've probably filed Chapter 11 to get that $1 mill. judgement wiped out. I don't know for sure that it's happened. Only speculation. But why else would they have no announcement, just a Trading Halted notice? This is probably going to be good for the company and us, but it may take a while to get the reorganization taken care of. Hell, it was going to take a while to see any value here again anyway. I'll try to find out more but I suspect we'll have to wait for a press release from the Attorneys. (I hope the Plaintiff has some more cash to spend chasing FSCX! He's going to need it. They've finally got him off they're back.)
