Yup,

Netscape really screwed around nicely.

Changed from a year ending December to a year ending October. When they reported the recent "breakeven" 2nd quarter, it was for Feb-Apr. But if you looked closely at the adjustments made when they changed the fiscal year, you'll see that they dumped a whole quarter's worth of losses into the "orphaned" January month. And a closer look at Q2 shows that they only managed to break even after the sale of some unnamed securities erased their operating loss.

Without help from the DOJ, this stock should be toast.
