TZ, you keep getting it all wrong. We all know there is no such thing as "a V-Chip" as such. It is TVL that has stated they have an approach for reading ratings and acting on it. It will be one of many "V-Chip" devices. There are already existing screening devices in satelite systems --they are entirely "V-Chip" compatible. It's a different approach altogether. They have a large downloadable memory bank and use simple screening systems to "block" shows. It's not a flexible as other approaches, but works because the receivers already had large memory available.

The error is Acacia's --they are they only people in the world who have claimed some sort of "overriding" patent on reading rating infro from line 21 --what bunk. TVL has never stated they have that --only that they have a different approach with novel aspects that was thought up well before others and is sufficiently different and they believe far better suited to the marketplace and what will sell. --THAT"S IT.

Stop confusing the issue
