Are you trying to say that Jack has the 500K in his personal bank account? That was my thought exactly. Since he is an officer and the "board" I guess he puts the cash in whatever bank account he wants. This next REG S is the big payday. I am sure their attitude is - who the heck cares what happens after we are sitting on $1,000,000 worth of reg S debenture $$$ - compensate the executives and drive it to bankruptcy. Party on Jack
