Doug,re:"report card". You are absolutely right on this one. I definitely don't have any idea. I'm just tired of seeing BAY being PLAYED and I don't think the management did it. It is just so convenient that BAY fits that role (how did BAY get into this role, partly manupilation maybe). We see stock got take over without any notice from the public (maybe leak to BIG BOYs several days earlier and see price start making a move) and the deal is done, over. This BAY THING is a weekly if not daily EVENT. It sucks. It's a JOKE, FARCE.
