To those who have kindly invited me to correspond in private or off-line. I must for the time being, keep all my comments public. Mr. T.Turner Pope,III, Esq.(713/783-3110) ,my attorney, just called me to say that he had received a call from Rash's attorney requesting that I immediately cease and desist my making of any statement of this board as they claim it "has made the stock go down" So you can understand that if I get into private conversation, they are sure to call it conspiracy. I'm pretty sure of my 1st Amendment rights in a public forum, but for now, I think I just leave the freedom of speech privilege to ABMI's paid cheerleaders.
