Order intake exceeded shipments in the fourth quarter. This was the seventh consecutive quarter in which book-to-bill was greater than one. Backlog was the highest ever recorded in the Company's history., ... and for Peppe Newbridge coined the term "switched routing" when we introduced the VIVID solution more than three years ago. Clearly, this Layer 3 solution was ahead of its time, as the market at that time was just heating up for Layer 2 LAN switching equipment. We are now seeing market support for the product, as revenue and order intake for the VIVID system continued to grow in the fourth quarter, increasing by approximately 20 percent and 35 percent, respectively, on a sequential basis.
