FDR took extralegal action to go around (read violate) the Constitution on a number of accords, the internment being one of them no matter how they tried to rewrite history in your class. As for the future, are you aware that under any emergency declared or UNDECLARED that FEMA may suspend all your rights and turn you into a virtual slave for as long as they deem desirable (even if that is the rest of you unnatural life)? Precedents are being set everywhere, but few care until they are thrown into the work camps themselves. FT
