Fully Agree, India needs better Tax collection mechanism which will go a long way in basic fairness. America, give us your Y2k bug ridden IRS Programs, and the 'jack booted thugs' to go along with it<g> .Many here will be happy to get rid of the IRS and Indian working stiffs will be actually be grateful to you. Ramesh
