Mr. Willis Osborne reports as of June 1, 1998, the option agreement with Samax Gold, whereby Samax had theÿ opportunityÿ to earn a 65 per cent interest in the Nkroful property by meeting certain terms and conditions,ÿ hasÿ expiredÿ withoutÿ Samaxÿ having earned an interest.
For the month of June, Samax has been granted by Shiega an exclusiveÿ right toÿ negotiateÿ aÿ newÿ optionÿ agreementÿ withÿ theÿ company.ÿ During June, exploration work will continue on the Nkroful property.
