Long term I think it goes to zero.

If it breaks ten in the short term I will look at covering, and getting short again if it goes higher. I think they will sign at least a few cable system agreements. That would seem to be able to carry the stock higher.

The GI boxes will require no additional chips from SRCM. As part of the Horizon development program, GI supplies specifications and testing for their boxes. SRCM then designs its software to work on the existing box. When I checked with GI a few months ago, SRCM did not have its software completely working, even though the company claimed commercial availability. I assume it is working now.

SRCM does require a server at the cable headend. So, additional hardware cost is borne by the operator. I don't know the exact cost and capacity of the server. MW might have more details.

Archer.
