I used expedia this weekend. The only reason I used it is the car rental company I wanted to use redirected me to that site when I clicked on their reservations link. They totally screwed it up, in every way it could be screwed up. They gave me three reservations (not one) for cars that didn't exist at the location I was going to. Additionaly, they didn't indicate some absurd things about this car company (like not taking certain visa cards) that would have allowed me to prepare for the problem. I ended up in the middle of nowhere with no car reservation and no way to rent a car from that company. Luckily there was a budget counter, so I got one from them.

I won't be using them or expedia ever again.

By the way, when I signed on to expedia, it wouldn't take dragonfly so I tried other aliases, in frustration, after they were all taken, I tried "ihatemicrosoft". There are laready 3 people with that alias on expedia, it turns out!
