SGA received a total of 400,000 shares through the four seperate entities Whithin (8) days following May 28, 1996 announcement, Huttoe alone realized profits of over $5,000,000. Could Huttoe, Maria and SGA have been given what they thought was immunity of prosecution, when it fact, it was a clever plot to raise capital? - crazy? That's what you guys said back in August when I mentioned how Huttoe may have jacked the price up to raise capital and then retracted the release to cover his butt. I said he did it to raise money for aquisitions or this is one of the greatest scams. Aloha
