I've heard nothing about the company being able to sell shares at
75cents.. all I remember is that there's a rumor that when EDII
hits $1.125 that that will trigger EDII's ability to do another
acquisition.. but I don't know the details.. and that has yet to be
seen..

like many have said.. good news is anticipated soon and then we should
have some more answers to our questions.. and IF the news is good, then my guess is that many people will be adding to their positions
at these prices... just like they did with ICVI.. news came out and
it shot up to $1.75 within a few days from the 50cents level... close to where EDII is... of course, ICVI has dropped a bit finding a new
support level well above $1.00 at $1.23 at close today... two days in a row that ICVI has found very good support above $1.00 ; love
seeing stocks double their support base in a matter of 3 days... that's cool... ICVI has certainly found a good support base at 60cents thus far... so hold on and let's see what the company can
do for its investors... looking forward to tomorrow and thursday as I've said all week that I thought the middle of the week would be the best ... figured monday and today we'd need to be able to shake
some weak hands and get rid of the daytraders... hopefully those
that are in this stock now have done their DD and are willing to hold
for higher prices.. not just a few pennies.
