I find this a might confusing. If ERICY is claiming patent infringment by IS95, why is QCOM the lone defendant, or am I mistaken about this?Also, I'm not certain that one can infer that the only reason there is any standards "debate" is because of QC IPR. CDMAone represents a lot of vested interests at this point in addition to QC. If ERICY were to ram wCDMA down the Euro's throats, it wouldn't necessarily become a universal standard. On the other hand, the tone of the public press releases seem to reflect your point of view....That's very interesting what you're saying about the court case. I had been thinking that this wass the only serious issue other than manufacturing problems which might stand in the Q's way..Dave
