Leigh, you must take into consideration that Alamo is no longer available for Westrend to do as they please. They are into a Joint Venture and will require the partners approval. If I am correct this means that Westrend now only owns 50% of Alamo. And guess what the money they received from the JV partner has already been used up. Regards, Robert.
