A 2 for 1 split would be dilutive by 50%. The pre split dilution number would not take into account the post split additional shares,would it?(I didn't look at the PR,but I would think by definition it would be dilutive in most instances) DD PS: I do agree, it is preceived to be a bullish signal,even though earnings per share would be 1/2..
