Mark, I think that the 10% price increase is an industry wide thing that keeps it a level playing field. Normally, I would wait until Dec to buy because of tax loss selling, but I think that others anticipate it earlier for good companies. The doggies I can get in late Dec, but I think that PIPE will move up before then. I haven't completed my position yet because I may be able to buy some more cheaper. Having said that, the chart suggests that there won't be much more downside. You may want to gamble on the bottom, but you could also wait for confirmation with a move up. I think that tax loss selling will keep any move up from being explosive, but expect a sharp move up after the first of the year. The company forward looking statement sounds very bullish for 97.
