D.S: Most Companies have pending Litigations. In 95 NN was served with a consolidated class action complaint filed by certain shareholders. They purported that between March 29 and Aug 94, NN made misleading statements which caused them subsequent losses. The court action has been long and with claims & counterclaims.

It would appear that the charge you now refer to is the terminal cost in so far as it affects the Financial Statement.
