So, let me try and start this again.

What are people's solutions to what they see as the Microsoft menace? What would you do to MS that you think would be fair, and would make things more competitive, and, most importantly would be good for the consumer?

Also, what % market share is it OK for a company to have? 50%? 70%? 90%? When should the DOJ step in on the success of a company or product?

All ideas appreciated.
