In fact I joined the same day Phillipe joined. It was not a pleasant scene to watch 11 vps/directors gone within one month. But Phillipe did a good job of cleaning up and taking this company to public within 1 1/2 years. We should give him credit for that. As far as heat is concerned. I dont think there is any heat at all. All they are doing is repackaging what was originally done during Pliner period. Phillipe cut all the frills of Topic and packaged and priced for OEMS and other people. Your friend might be in the Sales/Marketing area. This is quite common for high turnover in that area. They normally stay there for a year. By the time their goofup comes to light they move to next lamp post. Hi Paul you may disagree. Its purely my observation.
