On September 20, 1996, Weinberg, Pershes & Company (auditors) sent SOE a letter asking for an explanation on several possible illegal activities. WPC informed SOE that is they did not receive an clear explanation, they had no choice but to inform the SEC. Over the weekend of Sept. 21 and 22, Huttoe and Corporate Secretary working under his direction, fabricated a series of "consulting agreements" for a new series of S-8s. Huttoe procured forged signatures for the purported consultants on the "consulting agreements". THERE ARE NO CURRENT FINANCIAL FIGURES YET...SOON! We will hear about shares and all the other goodies. Huttoe lied through he teeth over-and over... Where is that John character, I think he needs to pay Huttoe another visit for us! Aloha
