Jeff,

You bet I want a shareholder meeting! FIG was also implied in the letter, however IWIC hired FIG. With the breach of contract, FIG will shut down the website, which it was not paid for. Termination was based on several "possible" actions, maybe. It should have read that it was because I hurt Joe V's feelings. You better believe that more than his feelings will be hurt when I am through.
