KAA:

Let me respond to some of the comments made by this individual, and I want to say these are only my opinions I am expressing.

big talk about what "Me and my lawyer are going to do you in court"

This one bothered me the greatest, its "My lawyer and I"

most inexperienced little people pump talk to themselves
That should be the least of Jack's concerns right now. Maybe Jack does not really understand the position he has been placed in nor fully understand what implications certain actions exercised while acting as CEO.

when they are upset with something that someone did to them.

What more could I add to this statement????

You and the other novices on the SI board have no idea of what your legal position towards the management of this or any corporation is.

That is why we contacted legal counsel, we know our limitations. I guess we are totally in the dark, or so someone thinks. That is fine, hold that thought.

No idea of the legal costs involved to even bring a suit stating that position into being. No idea of the effort and paper work involved to keep a suit going month after month after month. No idea of the of how long it could potentially take to get any kind of a decision, favorable or not. No idea that even if you could in your wildest dreams ever get a judge to rule in your favor

Well, I do know what is going to happen if I do nothing and let who ever is running CVIA have their way with me. So far, what I have seen can, in no way make any Investor happy. Not many Investors invest to take huge losses, and when there seems to be questionable activities behind the scenes, how many Investors will turn the other cheek and walk away? I know of about 120 plus that are not willing to walk away, especially from this kind of shareholder abuse.

there would be nothing, nothing, nothing left to distribute to the shareholders.

And where are we today, we are at nothing, nothing. Only one more "nothing" to go, and WOTD will have it ALL, ALL, ALL!

Wake up, get into the real world, everybody would lose in a legal action

As opposed to what? Right now only the Shareholders have lost, it is not stopping there. There are BIG questions to be answered about how this reverse merger was handled, about how the call for a proxy vote was handled, about many other things I am not going to go into on SI.

Jack, whether you like it or not is calling the shots and there is zilch you or anyone can do about it.

This statement shows how uninformed this person is, everybody here believes Jack is not calling the shots. Jack lacks the legal background, or securities experience to do a Reg. S, in fact I bet Jack never heard of a Reg. S until recently. And a reverse split of 1 for 300, with Jack's cost per share being $0.40, who needs the reality check. So for Jack to become whole once again, CVIA"D" only needs to hit $120 per share, and that would be after another Reg. S. You need to give us some credit for being able to assemble coherent thought. Jack's Attorney can not influence Jack, what is motivating Jack to do what Jack is doing? What he is doing is against the wishes of a great deal of shareholders, he ignores a proxy vote call, he ignores Shareholders sending complaints to the SEC, NASDR, Congressmen, Senators, State Attorney General Offices, he ignores the Shareholder's Attorney, he ignores Oklahoma State laws, he ignores his own Attorney, given Jack has no experience in handling Security issues, how can one assume he is calling the shots... Am I missing something???

My advice is get with what he's trying to do and forget about your petty little grievances.

How about I do what I have to, and you do what you have to.

I believe we have gathered enough evidence to warrant a "look see" from the SEC. How long do you think the SEC is going to ignore us when Senators and Congressmen start asking them questions on our behalf? I would Email the President, but it appears he is up to his neck in his own problems right now....

I heard people are threatening Jack, I hope this is not the case, people tend to misdirect their anger. If you are upset with the CVIA situation, write another letter to the SEC, NASDR, your State Attorney General, your Congressman and your Senator. If you have to vent, do it in the right direction, threatening people is illegal and counter productive.

And lastly, who ever wrote the post I responded to, I respect you opinion and your position.

Robert

BTW, you should either fax a sign letter to your government reps, drop it off in person, or send it registered mail (complete the green card and the little white paper that goes with it, attach the white paper over the top of the envelope so the green strip is visible on the top edge of the envelope, attach the green card to the back of the envelope (return receipt requested), whole process cost around $2 and really makes you feel good! ). When your government rep has to sign for a letter, they look at it and act on it. Sending registered letters, return receipt requested is the only way to go. We really should redo the proxy thing this way.

TAKE CONTROL!
