To get an idea of what happens when I company files Chapter 11... and restructures with new capital. Work Recovery is currently looking at approx. 70% share dilution. If it means staying on board for a year or two and going through a 70% dilution, that would mean a current price of $2/share with 5,000 shares would need to be $6.666/share to breakeven based on 1,500 shares.
