Pilot, I imagine that the beneficial owner selling is Equus. I have not seen the trade that you describe and would not be suprised if the sell
if it occured has been met with a buy. I've been informed that there are ready and willing buyers looking for large blocks that are not available.

I am aware that some of the Equus shareholders want to cash out. I understand that these are retired people who want to use their money. These sellers are subject to the rules for insider selling and will be selling their shares for a while. I was hoping that the bulk of their selling would wait for the public offering and perhaps that is the case. As to your question regarding the floor for this stock, I don't think that insider selling is going to set that.
