Here is the reason why I bought a true gizzard today, ABACF.... 1. 2 days over the zero line with the MACD Histogram 2. Historical Volatility on the 6 and 10 day was 50% below the 100 day for 3 days in a row... 3. Relative Strength moved from 30 to 33....A move from below 30 to above 30 isbullish as you know... 4. Simple Stochastic moved up to 18.49, ready to pop over 20... 5. Smoothed Rate of change moved up for the first time in months... Yesterday it hit a low of 40.125, today it was 40.243..... 6. ADX which was at 61 demonstrating an oversold stock in a downtrend, moved down to 60....A break in the fever for this oversold stock... Here are a few from my watch list for tomorrow: 1.EVSI 2.KERA(was on list today, and I still like it) 3.WTLK 4.MOGN at 7.50 or lower, looking to get in quietly and sell on reversal... 5.MAII Again, on these picks I am looking for volume expansion and continuing momentum...If they are duds tomorrow, I don't enter them...Each day my watch list changes... I have about 6 other picks, that I will mention, should I enter them tomorrow.... Good trading....If you spot any gizzards, please post them, and I will try to analyze them over lunch hour....
