Sunday, Nov. 17, 9-11 p.m. ET JACK REED: DEATH AND VENGEANCE Three-time Emmy nominee Brian Dennehy ("To Catch a Killer," "The Burden of Proof," "Murder in the Heartland") and Tony, Emmy and Golden Globe nominee Charles Dutton ("The Piano Lesson") reprise their roles in this fifth movie from the highly-rated franchise about real-life Chicago cop Jack Reed, a tough and honest detective who searches for the truth in every case, even if it means uncovering the dirty secrets of his beloved city. In this gritty adventure, Reed (Dennehy) is dispatched to the scene of a grisly triple murder in a poor community of Russian immigrants. At closer investigation, Reed learns that several immigrants have disappeared without a trace, and the community is being terrorized by a gang of youths who model themselves after the KGB. Meanwhile, Silvera (Dutton) wrestles with doing the right thing about a vehicular homicide committed by the son of a prominent politician, a man who was once Silvera's close friend. Joe Morton ("Executive Decision") and Susan Ruttan ("L.A. Law") guest star. Dennehy directed from a teleplay he wrote with Bill Phillips ("Shadow of a Doubt"). Dennehy, Peter Locke ("Jack Reed: A Search for Justice"), Donald Kushner, ("Jack Reed: A Search for Justice") and Patricia Clifford ("Jack Reed: A Search for Justice") are the executive producers for Patricia Clifford Productions in association with Kushner-Locke Productions.
