AD:US Govt. to relax anti trust laws re: Y2K. Cobol 1/10 the cost of current industry rates, teaming partners best in the world. All this and China/Japan announcing major initiatives ( FRX announced recently breakthroughs in these languages ).Looks like FRX poised to capitalize on it's superior tech.and pricing advantage.
