Moonray, this is good. However, 3Com is too passive in it's V.90 marketing/sales effort. It has control over both sides of the business in its space (ie. consumer and isp). It doesn't take a genius to see the marketing opportunity, but it also has the most to lose if squandered. The small/medium size ISP that bought "total control" are on thin budget, and they don't have lots of incentive to upgrade. 3Com should not wait around for its ISP to complete the upgrade. It should do every thing in its power to make sure the upgrade happens. It's called buying a market share.
