< Why doesn't Mr. Gordon simply renegotiate the terms of the $5 million
note; instead of receiving stock at $.15 per share, he could convert
debt into stock at 8% less than the 5-day moving average of the stock
price at the time of conversion. This would give him a reasonable return for the use of his money >

Does that include a reasonable return for current risk? I like the idea of a restatement, but I'd personally give the man 20-30% less per share than market for sticking his resources out on the line. Fair is fair, let's not snub management for doing their best to make TSIG a success, give them generous guidelines for putting $$ in their pockets, and the efforts are likely to follow! JMO.
