Joe: After reading the 10Q I am sick. Such incompetence and mishandling of the litigation concerning this company is inexcusable. You indicated that it was Joe Vigliarolo's job to take needed action to change the name to Airstar from Xecom. I agree. Certainly this has been a matter that moved along at a snails pace for months, turning into years. Always the excuse was that a shareholders meeting was needed to make a name change. But when JV faced jail things certainly changed Now, because if this disgraceful delay the company may be facing damages of $1,000,000.00.!!!?? It was ridiculous enough that Joe V. was cited for contempt and faced jail and fines, but to have allowed a default judgment to be taken against the company is simply miserable incompetence. The whole section on Litigation is incredible; no wonder the company is in the toilet; I lost track of how many millions the company is potentially on the hook for. I'll get back to it after I finishing cursing and retching. Wes P.S.: Jack: Your right, the whole bunch is no good and has to go!!!!! Their so god damned dumb, lazy and incompetent it defies description.
