tfk: Thanks for keeping an open mind. Hopefully it will keep you away from a lot of scams.

The following is a pretty good example of the "research" the pocket rockets do (this example from the INFE board):

<<<<<<ROCKETMAN'S SCOUTING REPORT.
Well, folks, just returned from visiting the INFE office complex. It was a surreptitious scouting mission, with no warning. I knew the CEO would be out, so just wanted to scout out the surroundings while being unimpeded.

The offices are at 2070 Chain Bridge Road, Suite 360, Tyson's Corner, VA. For those not familiar with the area, this is about 20 miles west of Washington DC, close to the beltway, and in GROUND ZERO of the booming Washington DC/Northern Virginia "Silicon Valley East." It is a high-rise neighborhood of hi-tech buildings, with names such as "SAIC," "Cable and Wireless," and "Phillips" on them.

The 2070 Chain Bridge address is one of the most modern and
futuristic-looking buildings there, 6 or so stories high, with a huge
round circle several stories high worked into the architecture in front, reminding me of the Stargate circle in the movie.

Huge multi-level parking structure in back. Parked the car, went in and noticed in the lobby a well-laid out list of companies, including Suite 360 which said "Infocall Communications Corporation," and "Advanced Compensation Services."

Took the elevator to the 3rd floor and found their suite, with door
locked as expected. The sign on the wall was temporary, with the same names as was on the lobby. That bothered me a little bit, until I
remembered that they are subleasing and sharing their office with
another company. I don't know who that company is, but I notice that the fixed shingle underneath said "TELOS Consulting Services" and "Comsys." This may or may not be significant, since I don't know if that was left over from the last tenants or if that is who they are sharing offices with.

Other companies on the same floor include Grant Thornton Management (huge corner offices), DINA Incorporated, Ascent Logic, CIGNA Financial Advisors (huge offices) and GSCS (formerly Grid Govt Services).

I inquired next door and was told that the office was subleased a few
months ago, consistent with my other DD. I went to another office and got confirmation that the offices are subleased by INFE. Also that they had left earlier in the day for some business and a long weekend
(something I already knew).

Although I was not inside the office, I confirmed that their physical location is real and VERY attractive, centralized, and they sublease offices in the high rent district in a hot hi tech corridor, so they must be doing good business.

Hope to give you an "inside the office" scouting report next week.

<Rocketman, returning to the DGIV mothership>>>>>>

Okay, if you are going to depend on the posts of others for DD, then let's look at such posts (by ANYONE, not just these zealots) with a very critical eye. It must be very solid in order for you to take someone else's word on it, I hope. Someone, I assume, whom you have never met, or even talked to on the phone.

I say this because I am not out "get" anyone... just to separate the wheat from the chaff.

So, chronologically:

1) "It was a surreptitious scouting mission, with no warning. I knew the CEO would be out, so just wanted to scout out the surroundings while being unimpeded."

Comment: Why would you not want to see the CEO of a company you would be interested in? What, in the above description, would he have stopped "Rocket Man" from doing? Parking? "Scouting mission" added to make it sound dangerous, I guess.

2) ..."buildings with names such as 'SAIC', 'Cable and Wireless' and 'Phillips' on them...."

Comment: This is a favored hypester ploy. Drop the names of bigger, more established companies in the hope people will mention your company in the same breath. It sets up what is to follow as well...what I call "the kicker." Read on.

3) "Huge multi-level parking structure in the back."

Comment: Most suburban office complexes include parking. What's the point? Impress the reader.

4) "Found their suite, with door locked as expected. The sign on the wall was temporary...they are subleasing and sharing their office with another company....I inquired next door and was told that the office was subleased a few months ago...."

Comment: Wow. The company has been subleasing offices for a few months. This information is gathered by asking people from other companies on the floor! Accurate? Maybe. Impressive that they have been there a few months with a makeshift sign to mark their presence? Not to me.

In between, he drops names of some more huge companies so that gullible stock investors are sure to get his drift. INFE is a player! They're big time!

5) "Although I was not inside the office... they sublease offices in the high rent district...so they must be doing good business."

Comment: If you were running a high-level scam (and no, I don't think INFE is running a scam, just trying to impress people), would you set up really shoddy offices in a dangerous neighborhood?

I think you know the answer to that.

Apparently the "Rocketeer Logic" works like this: Shiny offices = huge profits! You don't even have to go inside or talk to anyone at the company...you can mentally project their revenues just by looking at the office door!

This is what they call "fundamentals"???

So, what has their wonderful "research" shown? A) Their closed office looks like they are doing great business; B) large parking garage attached to the building ; C) INFE offices have temporary signs.

All I see from the "Rocketeers" is that they can spur a runup in stocks with small floats. DGIV carries a P/E of about 350... does that strike you as "undervalued"? Yet they keep pumping it, saying how everyone is going to make a lot more money on it. Pure hype to jack it up, and keep it there till they sell.

The steam seems to be running out of INFE as well. Hit a wall today. I am sure they will blame the MM's...

Keep that mind open,
L.E.

P.S. The Rocketeers don't seem to know how many INFE shares are authorized (haven't noticed them posting it, though I have asked). I assume the company could just print a few million shares tomorrow and hurt the stock price considerably.
