Before you go calculating comparative values for Nortran with Forbes, you should check on the number of shares potentially outstanding. The reason I say this is that I am now hearing that the price of the $2.10 financing is going to be lowered (to what? I do not know), which could substantially alter the shares outstanding. Has anyone else heard this? I know that some people do not like me discussing these "rumors", but I think everyone should know what I am hearing; I feel that this is the only possible way of having a level playing field.
