Interesting Kurt--I have been thinking the same thing--will enjoy reading your post. And to think it was all started by a new breed of entrepeneurs using only their PCs and the telecommunications network and figuring it out through trial and error as they made their way into the new frontier. Perhaps you could provide links to your others posts? TIA.
