Riley, I appreciate your objectivity here. If, in fact, RMCW has filed for Chapter 11.....we can forget a merger with them, for the reasons that you state. So what's next? In order to be a viable "shell" RMIL needs to get trading soon. My question would be...."if a company is looking for a shell, why would they choose RMIL when there are so many out there that don't have the baggage that RMIL has created for itself? Well, it will be interesting to see what they come up with now. TC
