I know these juniors are different than the senior resource stocks but it sure seems to me that after the initial DML drop, (ie. to $2.05), the remaining drop in all the SVB stocks has been driven not just by the lack of drill info or rumors but also by the apparent dislike for resource stocks. How can people, other than individuals like the people on SI get really excited about a play if stocks like Teck have dropped over 20% in the last month or so, as is Inco (and by the way trading pretty close to book value). Obviously good drilling news will do wonders for SVB but we should also all hope for some bottoming out of the commodity prices. Otherwise, good drill news may not be enough for these stocks. Just some thoughts. Many thanks to 1king and others for analysis of drilling.
