It is a fact that G* will use GEOs to supplement their fixed service. They have said this all along, more so after projected demand for mobile services increased. What is not known is whether they will be launching mission-specific GEOs or using transponders available on Loral's other sats. My guess is they will use up available capacity on their own birds and launch mission-specific sats(with ViaSat technology)when demand is high enough.
