I don't see the NR as negatively as you do. For one, that means there's less SHG shares than if the options went through. Furthermore, IF SHG finds something in Nkroful then the "price" of the options will go up considerably.
These days, junior resource stocks are having a VERY hard time of it...and the SHG news release doesn't surprise me. It's a little unfortunate that SHG may not get some added cash, but if all goes well, it may work out even better IMHO. Yes, always the optimist!
