Just a general observation, In the last 3 monthes there has seemed to be a significant decrease in both the activity and number of participants on all the gold forums. Lately most of the sentiment has been the most negative that I have seen in a while, among even the hardcore gold bugs. 'Deflation' and 'mass liquidation' seem to be the words most frequently used. It seems that when people are the most worried about the downside there is the most potential for the upside. I do not know anything about the fundamental side of precious metals, but you cannot be more contrarian than buying gold or gold stocks right now. Somebody seems to be doing this in ABX and NEM.
