Good point, but frankly I don't believe we are going to need any financing from Mr. Gordon anyways. It is just a "fail safe" sort of speak. I agree .15 is not good because at $5 million that is 33 million shares. But then again 33 million extra shares is better than bankruptcy. I think everyone would agree. .30-.40 is fine with me. I think this will end up being a non-issue in a few weeks anyways. Mister Ex was talking about that Private Placement that they supposedly have done and that would take care of it all. $7 million would do the trick. Short term solution to a long term problem, but the long term solution is Compact Connection in a few months. So we will be fine IMO. Gambler
