Jim, I too,see the "simple, pragmatic logic" you speak of and I believe that option was offered CVIA and as near as I can tell, refused. All I ever asked for was the kind of information I get in copious amounts from the other companies I have speculated in and that just isn't coming from this crew. If people are making the wrong assumptions let the WOTD/CVIA Merger Mania Combine come forward and enlighten the bewildered masses. There is absolutely no honest reason to keep all this stuff secret unless someone is up to no good. That is the assumption I and many other others are going to make when they see their share price go to nearly 0.00 a week before the first of 3 REG-S dumpings.(Split adjusted price that is.) Silence can be telling too but I have to fill in the blanks myself so is it a mistake to assume that anyone who couldn't merge two shells into one over the course of eight months is either a bufoon (in which case I don't want them running my company) or a crook running some kind of(forgive the pun)shell game. I mean really,is this WOTD/CVIA merger so complicated? Give the assignment to any Accounting 101 class and the English majors auditing the class would be done in a week. What have they been doing for eight months? If these guys worked at your company under your direction, wouldn't you expect to see some sort of report by now? If they came to you and said,"We're progres- sing", I imagine they would be progressing themselves out of a job in short order. As for putting value back into this enterprise and "winding up with money in our pockets" sitting silently believing in Jack Arnold has done nothing to further that cause as even those who bought at the low of .005 are down 33% here and as we all know it's a 99.9999 % chance that the REG-S dumping will send this issue a lot lower. I'm admittedly pessimistic of a positive outcome but there's no chance at all in my mind until the REG-S overhang goes away.If that happens by some miracle, it would depend on what CVIA was willing to do. The bottom line here is that Jack Arnold doesn't seem to own a clock or a calculator. Who wants to languish in this stock for a whole summer while the REG-S sharks have their fill of shareholder chum? Who's got the time for that, long or short? That's almost a year for me with none of the value Jack Arnold has been promising anywhere in sight. Sorry to carry on so,best,p.b. |
