Hi Blake, Thanks for you comments. I guess when anything hits the courts, as we have have seen many times in mining, all bets are off. I would suggest that most comments are somewhat slanted by most commentators to this site being Atna shareholders. The words deceitful are used, but business is business and if there was an opportunity to maintain 60% control by structuring with an "associated company" then so be it, Expatriate was an associated company when this happened. In addition Expatriate is now "controlled" by Boliden (50.2%) so they gave up some of their own control to do this deal. Atna still has their 40% so they are no worse off than before, and I think that having the Archer Stephen group along with a guy like new president Harlan Meade at the helm can do nothing but good for the potential of Wolverine. If Boliden was meanspirited, they could have simply held onto the 60% and ignored Wolverine. Previous comments implying that Boliden's reputation is now mud due to their shoddy treatment of juniors like Atna is not fair. Take a look at any Major/Junior relationship where the major was in control on the exploration/development and you will see this is the norm, not the exception. Regards, Kaiser...
