Out of curiosity has the company mentioned who will be eligible to receive the warrants. Are they all investors at the time of the name changeover or was there another date of record mentioned? Also we don't know the float but does anyone have any idea what insiders own, especially Pres? Personally I always feel better when insiders own larger positions, because they are more motivated to increase stock value.
