As not to hype, I only refer to 'publically accessible' info.
The aquistion currency equates to 30MM shares of common stock. That is a variable (as far as value). If Raabe has 2.5MM shares he is selling, what is his limit order at? What does he know that we don't? Why hasn't he sold them yet? Why not do the aquisitions in stock and not release the shares into the float ( other than to have an asset on the books)? What price will those 2.5 MM shares sell for? What will spike the stock to that price?
